It’s hard to find fault with the stunning 2022 Infiniti Q60, but savvy sports-coupe buyers want a car that talks to them, not just one that looks good. For drivers who are really into cars, the Infiniti coupe is like a dial tone. The Q60 might sound better to people who want a sporty two-door car with a strong twin-turbo V-6 that costs less than other cars with similar features. But to get the most out of that value proposition, you need the base model, which is up to $15,000 cheaper than turbo-six alternatives like the BMW M440i and Audi S5. Even though the savings mean giving up performance and real luxury features, it’s better than overpaying for a 400-hp Red Sport 400 that isn’t as good as the Audi or the BMW and is likely to be passed by both of them. The 2022 Q60 is more of a supermodel than a supercar, but it gets the job done if you care more about how it looks than how it drives.

Engine and Transmission

In its base configuration, the 3.0-liter twin-turbo V-6 in every Q60 produces 300 horsepower, while the 3.0-liter twin-turbo V-6 in the Red Sport 400 edition generates 400 horsepower.
