2022 Jetta Engine and Performance

Every Jetta has a turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that sends power to the front wheels. This engine makes 158 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. The base model comes with a six-speed manual transmission, but you can also choose an eight-speed automatic.
