Driveability and Efficiency of the Vehicle’s Engine and Transmission

We considered the Integra vibrant and handy on our first test drive. Turbo 1.5-liter four-cyl engine from the Civic Si powers the new Integra. A CVT automatic gearbox is standard on all versions (CVT). A limited-slip differential and a six-speed manual gearbox are available options on A-rated-Spec cars. The A-Spec variant adds a Separate driving style to the Integra’s energy mode chooser switch, allowing drivers to remember a personalized configuration. Adaptive suspension is also available. The adjustable dampers let the driver select between a pleasant cruising ride and a firmer performance-oriented configuration for improved cornering enjoyment. The steering is heavy but satisfyingly accurate. Acura might have done a better job of incorporating sound-muffling materials into the vehicle’s design. Real-World MPGs & Fuel Efficient

As per the EPA, the primary vehicle with CVT gets 30 mpg in the city & 37 mpg on the highway. To compete with the Audi A3, rated at 29 mpg city & 38 mpg highway, the Integra must have these ratings. However, the manual option is only available at a higher trim level, which might be a warning in the industry.
