The 2022 GR86 is Toyota's newest take on the purist's sports coupe, and it's a track-proven, precise driver's vehicle.

New race-inspired features and interior modifications have elevated the track-bred GR86 to a new level of drivability and vigor.

The engine produces 228 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque, enabling the manual variation to reach 60 mph in 6.1 seconds. Automatic variations take 6.6 seconds to complete.

The fuel mileage of the 2022 GR86 is extreme, with 21 MPG in the city, 31 MPG on the highway, and 25 MPG combined with and rear-wheel drivetrain.

The GR 86 is well-equipped with all of the necessities. The basic model comes standard with manually adjustable front seats - six-way for the driver and four-way for the front passenger - and sport knee cushions for both front passengers.

The new eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system and crucial technologies like Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, and linked services are standard on the GR 86.

The automatic gearbox includes technologies such as adaptive cruise control, which is meant to notify drivers when the vehicle is straying out of its lane. Drivers can be sure that the GR86 is working behind the scenes to keep them safe.

The 2022 Toyota GR 86 has a transparent, driver-focused cabin once again. It's not very comfortable, but everything is securely glued together, as one would expect from a Toyota.

Toyota GR 86 comes with a three-year/36,000-mile comprehensive warranty as standard and a five-year/60,000-mile powertrain warranty.
